KOA Fitness Malaysia - Female Only Gym in Kuala Lumpur

I'm totally one of those people who do not enjoy going to the gym - I hardly know what I'm doing with the machines and I get super uncomfortable with the presence of male patrons in the gym, commonly the bro type. I can't help to feel like there are too many sets of eyes while doing leg curls or squats and it gets me insecure. When my friend told me that they're opening a gym specifically for women (especially in my area), I could not not have a peek at the place. They launched early this month, and are already having throngs of ladies for their classes.
I'm one of the girls who are already signed up for classes specifically for the women's workout needs - aptly named Booty Pump, Strong Girl, Lean & Mean, Functional Sculpting and more these classes are being conducted in small groups and so far it's been fun meeting new girls as we laugh and share the same feelings over each others' struggles. There are trainers on ground all the time so they're more than happy to help you figure out how to use the machines (and whether you're using them correctly).
The gym itself is beautifully done up - a mixture of feminine and industrial touches fitting to their theme of 'Beauty in Strength'. The entire place is an aesthetically pleasing architecture of cement and pink light fixtures with gold accents. It is not massive, which makes it more intimate as coaches turn into friends and the place feels like somewhere I actually belong. The shower is clean, beautiful, smells great and they even have hair tools for you to use (curling irons etc). It is one of those rare places where I do feel like I don't mind spending some time working out at. They're currently running some trial classes so don't forget to hit them up for details.
